Requirements
• A four-year degree in poultry, meat, or animal sciences
• Be available for the entire four months of the apprenticeship
Stage 1 – Company Orientation
Apprentices will spend two weeks meeting with various departments for a broad overview of functions, policies, and procedures.
Stage 2 – Core
Apprentices will spend 10 weeks going through all production areas and receiving relevant leadership training.
Stage 3 – Hands-on Training
Apprentices will spend four weeks in Stage 3, which consists of hands-on training within their future department. Apprentices will be assigned to their department based on company needs.
